About The Position

Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist) to join our multi-specialty team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures. You will manage a broad range of diagnoses—from common infections and allergies to complex head and neck disorders—within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. With access to advanced diagnostic technology, a strong referral network, and integrated clinical support, you’ll have the resources needed to deliver exceptional care while building a rewarding and sustainable practice.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (American Board of Otolaryngology)
  • Active, unrestricted California medical license by the time of hire
  • Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty area preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including sinusitis, allergies, infections, voice disorders, and hearing loss
  • Perform outpatient and surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, and head and neck tumor resections
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic studies (audiograms, CT scans, laryngoscopy)
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans utilizing medical, surgical, and therapeutic approaches
  • Provide postoperative care and ongoing follow-up to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including primary care, oncology, audiology, and speech therapy—to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies
  • Stay current with advances and evidence-based practices in otolaryngology through continuing education and/or clinical research
  • Participate in on-call coverage and emergency consultations as required
  • Optional: Develop or maintain a subspecialty focus such as pediatric ENT, facial plastics, head and neck oncology, or otology
