Job Title: Physician – Otolaryngology (ENT) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Binghamton, NY Service Setting: Inpatient and ED consults Coverage Type: Call Only Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: 24 -hour call (7a–7a) On -Call Shift Schedule: TBD Call Type: Hospital call Call Ratio: Shared community call Callback Rate: 2–4 hours/shift Patient Demographics: Adults (with some trauma cases) Patient Volume/Census: Avg. 10 calls/day Admissions: No Rounding: No (consults only) Phone Consults: Yes Case Mix: ENT emergency surgeries and inpatient consults Beds: 162 Trauma Level: Facility 1 & 2 are Level 2; Facility 3 is not a trauma center EMR System: Epic Support Staff Available: ED and inpatient staff Reason for Coverage: Community call support Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (at all 3 locations) Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Rate: TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered ENT -type emergency surgeries

Requirements

• NY license
• Board Certified
• DEA Required
• Minimum 3 years
• Must manage call for 3 hospitals
• Must be credentialed at the 3 locations

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT call coverage at 3 hospitals
• Handle ED and inpatient consults
• No supervision of APPs or residents required
