An excellent opportunity has arisen within a physician-owned ENT practice in Massachusetts or a future partner Otolaryngologist. The organization has 5 Physicians, 2 PA-Cs & 2 Audiologists, has been in existence for over 20 years and has a loyal and engaged patient population. This is a chance to determine your own schedule and work, without the overbearing red tape and bureaucracy of a large healthcare network. This is also significant earning potential with a competitive base salary and a fixed bonus % of all revenue billed over a threshold. There will be a patient caseload ready from day one to start producing, which means you will have true control over your income and can create a working week suited to your own needs.
