About The Position

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join a well-established and growing healthcare practice in Shelton, Connecticut . This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a rewarding practice environment and excellent support staff. Position Highlights: Location: Shelton, CT Schedule: Full-time (outpatient + optional inpatient consults) Start Date: Flexible based on candidate availability Employment Type: W-2, direct hire Compensation: Competitive base salary + productivity incentives Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, and retirement plan Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and specialists Participate in call coverage (minimal) Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology Active or eligible for a Connecticut medical license Strong interpersonal and communication skills New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply Why Shelton, CT? Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Active or eligible for a Connecticut medical license
