Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of approved residency in Otolaryngology.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Current Illinois medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of otolaryngologic conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Perform medical and surgical management of ENT conditions, including office-based procedures and operative cases as credentialed.
  • Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and postoperative care.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and patient safety standards.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $430,000 - $460,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
