About The Position

MercyOne is looking for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join its growing ENT Clinic in the Des Moines suburbs. This is a large volume practice, with both adult and pediatric cases. The opportunity offers $525,000 salary with 2-year income guarantee and potential for higher earnings! Sign-on bonus $150,000. There is more! Relocation assistance up to $15,000, paid malpractice and a 403B match.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Responsibilities

• Join a 5 Physician Practice
• Provide APP Clinic Support
• Participate in community wide call schedule for weekend coverage and call for the practice one night per week
• Utilize built in referral network
• Oversee newly expanded Audiology services on site
• Manage shared revenue Hearing Aid Center
• Schedule block OR time
• Explore Ownership Opportunity in ASC
• Participate in Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
