About The Position

Good Shepherd Health Care System (GSHCS) is seeking a passionate and driven ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician to join our growing, independent health system. This is a unique opportunity to further develop a high-quality ENT program in a supportive, community-focused environment. This full-time role offers an outstanding opportunity to further develop a comprehensive ENT service line, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care, and serve a broad patient base in a region with growing demand for ENT services. The practice is set in modern, well-equipped clinic and surgical environments.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Active, unrestricted DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Further develop a comprehensive ENT service line
