Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer experience (Deal Breaker).
• Strong prospecting and sales skills, excellent communication, and administrative abilities.
• Must live within 5-7 miles of our location (Deal Breaker).
• Enthusiastic and eager to share your love for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and sell OTF memberships to potential clients.
• Create a welcoming studio environment by ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
• Handle all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, both in and outside of the studio.
• Help ensure daily content for our social media channels.
• Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to deliver our best-in-class workouts.
