About The Position

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our multi-specialty medical group and help build the practice.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Full-Time Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.
• Board-Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (preferred)
• Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) - NO weekends.
• Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults.
• This is a new specialty that we'll offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line.
• Offers flexibility and autonomy on building the practice.
• Base Salary + Production Bonus (50% of collections)
• Base Salary ranges from $300K to $450K and is negotiable.
• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
• Position in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
