MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) committed to serving the pediatric population through home-based services. Our clinicians work with a diverse range of ages and deficits, ensuring that we match your skillset, interests, location, and availability to the right homes for you. As an OT, you will deliver skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients facing various challenges, including physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all assigned patients, crafting, implementing, and adapting treatment plans to meet individual patient needs. Clear and supportive instruction will be provided to patients and their families, alongside meticulous documentation to uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to strategize and evaluate collective goals for each patient, fostering a holistic approach to patient care.
