About The Position

In this role, you will help strengthen operational technology practices across global manufacturing sites by improving asset visibility, standardizing key OT processes, and supporting the rollout of consistent controls for removable media, configuration management, and backup and recovery. Your work will contribute directly to reducing operational risk, increasing system reliability, and advancing 3M’s journey toward fully mature and sustainable OT practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) OR Associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Ten (10) years of engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
• Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
