About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative OT Security Analyst (Inventory/Diagrams/Risk Register) to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Maintain and update authoritative OT asset inventories, component registers, and configuration baselines. Produce and sustain network/interconnection diagrams (logical and physical) reflecting OT topology, zones, conduits, and data flows. Perform exposure and dependency analysis to map asset criticality, connectivity risks, and potential impact to operations. Update and maintain risk registers (RIO): record vulnerabilities, residual risk ratings, mitigation owners, POA&Ms, and status tracking. Validate system configurations with engineering and operations teams; identify undocumented connections or shadow assets and drive corrective actions. Support vulnerability scanning/assessment cycles by correlating findings to OT assets and verifying remediation evidence. Provide documentation and artifacts to support RMF/ATO evidence, CCRI readiness, and auditability for OT environments. Collaborate with SOC/CIRT, network, and system owners to inform detection, monitoring, and protective measures for OT assets. Contribute to continuous improvement of inventory, diagramming, and risk‑tracking processes and tools. #ENOCS Qualifications Qualifications 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with HS Diploma Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance. Candidate must meet ONE of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR Relevant DoD/military training (example: Research & Development Specialist (Intermediate) Playlist); OR Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (example: CompTIA Security+). Required experience and skills: Experience in OT/ICS inventorying, network diagramming, risk management, or systems documentation. Proficiency creating and maintaining network/OT diagrams (Visio/NetBox/Diagrams tools) and authoritative asset registries. Familiarity with OT/ICS protocols, control system components, and typical OT network segmentation/zoning. Experience mapping vulnerabilities to OT assets, maintaining risk registers/POA&Ms, and supporting remediation verification. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to coordinate with engineering and operations teams. Desired: Prior DoD/ARNG or industrial control systems (ICS/OT) environment experience. Familiarity with RMF/ATO evidence requirements, CCRI concepts, and tools for inventory/risk tracking. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Requirements
