Act as the IT liaison to the MRAS Facilities & Automation team, developing and maintaining smart technology solutions for the business, including advanced applications, AI, IoT devices, OT equipment like NC tooling, robotics and other advanced automation solutions. What YOU will do Collaborate with the MRAS Facilities and Automation team, business partners, vendors and IT teams to define solution requirements, evaluate solutions, develop and deploy solutions and support solutions throughout their lifecycle. Develop standardized IT specifications for deploying automation technologies, enabling robust, secure and repeatable solutions. Design and develop end-to-end IT connectivity and integration for automation technologies, including applications, networking, hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure. Manage the IT lifecycle of deployed automation solutions, including operational availability, cyber security, and obsolescence for applications, hardware and software. Participate in feasibility studies and evaluate potential automation technologies and platforms. Ensure continuing scalability and reliability of deployed automation solutions. Conduct cybersecurity assessments and risk analysis for automation solutions. Monitor and analyze automation solutions for potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats. Provide IT guidance and support to the automation team during the entire solution lifecycle. Work closely with other IT teams (Application, Networking, Client and Server) to ensure a seamless integration of automation solutions into the MRAS IT environment. Stay updated with emerging OT & IoT trends, technologies, and industry standards. Availability to work on-site. What YOU must bring to Succeed Highschool diploma or GED equivalent Candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows devices, in physical and logical networking, supporting OT/IoT devices in a production environment and in project management is required Experience with managing third-party providers is highly preferred. This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status. Desired Characteristic Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Networking fundamentals, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, RFID, etc. Windows client & server fundamentals. Cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Azure. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
