About The Position
The OT&E Specialist IV (Working Leader) is responsible for leading and providing technical advice to lower graded personnel while performing a variety of technical tasks related to operational test and evaluation (OT&E). This role requires an intermediate to expert application of established methods and procedures, with a focus on increasing independent accomplishment in complex assignments. The position also involves supervisory oversight on new aspects of assignments and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
