About The Position

In this role you will work with the Global Information Security Office. You will be responsible for our OT/ICS cybersecurity monitoring systems and keeping them up to date in accordance to our policies and procedures that you will support with keeping up to date.
This includes following up on alarms and events from those systems, communicating them to stakeholders, keeping KPA’s up to date and training asset owners in interacting and getting value from the cybersecurity monitoring systems. You will be an integral part of our OT cybersecurity team where we support each other in our different roles and pave the way for security and productive systems and culture.

This role can sit hybrid at any of our United States sites: College Station, Texas; Holly Springs, North Carolina; Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Bachelors’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years within OT related roles and 1 year in OT cybersecurity related role.
• Proven experience with security solution software, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background to deliver against role expectations.
• Working knowledge of OT/Manufacturing technology design and maintenance
• Working knowledge of OT Cybersecurity response
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity tools
• Advanced knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of risk management processes
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, as well as other relevant GxP experience
• Working knowledge of OT systems patch management

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications are preferred (GICSP)
• Experience with Nozomi platform is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep OT cybersecurity solutions up to date in accordance to policies
• Analyze system and network behavior to identify suspicious activity and respond to security alerts and events.
• Keep information in cybersecurity solutions up to date and complete
• Communicate with system owners and stake holders on events and alerts
• Train system admins in usage of cybersecurity monitoring tools as relevant
• Support asset owners in patching and securing OT systems
• Continuously monitor OT networks and systems
• Stay up to date with threat environment and communicate internally as needed
• Document security events and present to stakeholders within the IT and manufacturing departments
• Any other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.
