This role would be in support of the clients Manufacturing Cyber Resilience (MCR) team is a combination of Information Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Manufacturing talent that works together to ensure the fortitude of clients manufacturing operations. This team leverages the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Operational Technology (OT) security guide to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover the digital assets in the manufacturing space. Cross-functional cooperation and information sharing is key to the success of the group. This team has responsibility for 10 facilities in the United States along with 5 facilities in Mexico that make up the North American Region (NAR). Your responsibilities will include ● Support the MCR enterprise plan rollout for SRA, focusing on manufacturing use, adoption, and embedment ● Use of Allen Bradley PLC Machine Control software (Logix 5000, SLC 500, Panelview HMI), utilizing the Claroty SRA technology ● Determining at each site what path(s) need to be established for utilization of SRA (server, PLC, app, etc) ● Document each site’s current remote vendor utilization and future needs ● Create training documentation and videos to fully train users on utilization of the SRA technology ● Set up all user groups and profiles for access and use of the SRA technology ● Work with technical teams to ensure full functionality of the technology and provide failsafe procedures
