The Global Product Manager, Hollister Ostomy will be responsible for driving execution of short-term global strategy and initiatives to grow Hollister's Ostomy market share and product sales. This position will have a solid understanding of the global Ostomy market through close collaboration and partnerships with local marketing teams. The Global Product Manager will support the development of annual marketing/tactical plans which will also entail liaising with external vendors and managing marketing projects and initiatives from ideation through to completion and execution/follow-up. The Global Product Manager will have an integral role in the Global Marketing Organisation for Hollister Ostomy, supporting the wider team in identifying products and services needed, planning and executing product launches, executing marketing campaigns and supporting with various business-related projects. The Global Product Manager will also lead on wider marketing initiatives including in-depth collaboration with local Business Units, supporting local marketing organisations with adopting global strategies and tactics. Successful candidates will be required to work 3 days a week from one of our Hollister offices in Libertyville (USA), ensuring consistent collaboration and team engagement. For the remaining days, you have the flexibility to work remotely. As such, it's essential for candidates to be based near a Hollister office within Libertyville to facilitate easy commuting.
