Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for set-up and troubleshooting the operation of the heat shrink, shrink tunnel, and wing portioner.
• Load films; set-up and/or disassemble conveyors, neck tumbler, pipes, and related department equipment
• Effectively anticipate product changes and requirements in a timely manner, minimizing downtime (such as ensuring film and labeling changes.)
• Conduct and document verifications to ensure proper equipment performance.
• Report deviations promptly to plant supervision.
• Transport knives/scissors/wing blades in closed containers
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
