About The Position

This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position at 29 hours per week, in October, November, and December. Role is responsible for ensuring that all grant observations comply with internal policies, grantor requirements, and applicable laws or regulations. This position monitors data gathering and works closely with program staff to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely grant implementation. The role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of grant-funded projects through documentation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• General education or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to operate a typical motor vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of data gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with program teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve processes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Document procedures and findings to support transparency and accountability.
