Requirements

• Formal IT qualification or completed IT apprenticeship
• Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience
• Fluent in English and local language, with strong communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently
• Legally authorized to work in the location of application
• Familiar with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues that require on-site support
• Deliver fully configured, ready-to-use computers to users
• Provide ad-hoc training on common IT tools and practices
• Manage physical stock of devices and accessories
• Perform regular inventory checks and audits
• Coordinate logistics for device shipments and relocations
• Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors
• Support users in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
