Work Location: Crystal Springs, MS Work Type: Onsite How You'll Make an Impact Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical attention. Deliver computers in a ready-to-use state to users. Provide ad-hoc training on common IT matters. Manage physical stock of devices and accessories. Perform regular inventory checks for hardware. Coordinate logistics for device shipment and movement. Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors. Support end users in meeting rooms and collaboration areas. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Formal qualification in IT from an accredited institution or apprenticeship.
  • Manufacturing Industry experience required.
  • Two years of professional IT support experience.
  • Fluency in local and English language, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Legal authorization to work in the applied location.
  • Familiarity with Service Now IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL 4 and Lean 6 Sigma certification.
