About The Position

We are seeking OSP Inspectors to support a major fiber expansion initiative for a leading fiber provider. This program focuses on building underground fiber routes to new data centers, enabling next-generation connectivity and high-capacity infrastructure for enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be documenting construction progress and site conditions using an iPad—capturing photos, noting issues, and sharing updates with the project team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in utility or construction inspection (OSP experience is ideal but not required).
• Underground utility experience strongly preferred (boring, trenching, conduit placement).
• Ability to use an iPad or similar device for photo documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Take clear, detailed photos of underground fiber construction activities and site conditions.
• Upload and share images daily to provide visibility to remote project teams.
• Record basic notes on progress, issues, and compliance with plans.
• Communicate any concerns promptly to the Construction Manager.
