Requirements

  • Able to read general system layouts for blueprints.
  • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suites.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple, complex, large fiber small business (SMB) and enterprise construction projects.
  • Coordinate advanced projects that repair, maintain, or build Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) and Fiber to the home (FTTH) architectures.
  • Establish collaborative relationships among the various project and constituent groups.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple project teams engaged in the establishment and implementation of new projects.
  • Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project.
  • Facilitate decision making processes as appropriate, serving as liaison between project managers.
  • Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers.
  • Maintain and update company database.
  • Generate customized reports and pivot tables utilizing VLookup functionality.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants.
  • Complete PARS requests as needed and communicate with corporate staff regarding budgets and purchasing issues.
  • Create vendor POs based on approved OOMs and assignments.
  • Research as needed to support PM teams: budgets, quote discrepancies, PO issues, conflicting vendor reports.
  • Analyze project finances to reconcile variances in project budgets, vendor POs and approved OOMs.
  • Assist in conducting financial true up at commercial milestones.
  • Process vendor check requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
