About The Position

Parsons is looking for a talented OSINT Training, Tradecraft, and Exercises Support to join our growing team! What You'll Be Doing: Train soldiers, civilians, contractors, and, potentially, foreign partners in the collection and exploitation of PAI, OSINT reporting, dissemination, coordination, or cueing, integrating with other intelligence disciplines. Deliver OSINT training, as approved by the government, at multiple locations via Mobile Training Teams or a virtual learning platform/environment. Provide basic and advanced OSINT training and certification to DIA personnel and stakeholders, ensuring training keeps pace with emerging threats and technologies Help the OSINT community in understanding tools and techniques to support the methods, techniques, and skills used by intelligence professionals and analysts for intelligence gathering from publicly available sources Provide scenario-based training and exercises for OSINT activities. Assess the current training curriculum at each location/organization in scope of this contract and to assess documentation, and its effectiveness based on After Action Reviews (AARs), lessons learned, and other applicable sources. Develop new methods for tracking and reporting DIA/NDOC program statistics and improve existing standards and processes to support DIA’s OSINT training coordination and outreach. Assist in development of OSINT collective tasks in the Military Intelligence Training Standards, integrate OSINT into exercise design requirements, and conduct and participate in coalition and partner exercises fully integrating OSINT as an evaluated intelligence discipline.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly
  • Bachelors degree & 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree, and there's potential flexibility on these requirements pending Customer direction.
  • Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
  • Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
  • Skills to determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials and to develop learning activities and demonstrations.
  • Skills to create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).
  • Skills to evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
