About The Position

Parsons is looking for a talented OSINT Policy Advisor to join our growing team! What You'll Be Doing : Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine at the Intelligence Community, DoD, Service, and Command levels. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Provide the organizational data operations for senior level government decision making. Provide support to the Government with Executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations. What Required Skills You'll Bring : Active TS/SCI, with active Poly or ability to obtain Poly within 6 months Bachelors and 12+ years of related experience. Additional education can count in lieu of years of experience, and additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of existing OSINT policies, procedures, and gaps from a branch, joint, and IC enterprise level perspective. Ability to define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight. Ability to manage a medium size program staff that may include subcontractors or suppliers. OSINT and policy experience Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. Requirements
