Requirements

• MUST be OSHA 10 certified (with card or certificate)
• Clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• High level of focus; ability to remain undistracted.
• Previous experience in construction
• Must be able to stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain.
• Knowledge of standard hand signals (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Identifying, marking, and alerting operators to overhead power lines and surface obstructions.
• Ensuring no personnel or obstacles enter the operational, swinging, or blind-spot areas of heavy equipment (e.g., cranes, excavators).
• Maintaining constant, clear communication
• Requires standing near active machinery, requiring intense situational awareness.
