Requirements

  • Requires at least 2-5 years of Servicing Department or Insurance, CPA, RIA, Franchise, Legal and banking related field.
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and techniques.
  • Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products and various in-house software for loan administration.
  • Time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to research to find answers.
  • Bachelor's degree, or comparable business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lending loans, ranging between 30 to 80 loans from $25K to $35mm in loan size.
  • Collect and analyze financial statements and tax returns, commission statements and any other documents that support collateral, risk assessment, and detailed review of loans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all appropriate Sales, Underwriting, and Legal staff on the status of loans.
  • Understand, analyze, and communicate verbally regarding loan collateral and related contracts.
  • Evaluate performance each month on assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with loan model and guidelines.
  • Review and assist management with audits.
  • Perform financial analysis as well as compliance, performance, and cash flow assessments.
  • Provide analysis results and Month End reporting package to Management.
  • Independently monitor and service multiple loans with little supervision.
  • Review UCC filings for UCC perfection to ensure collateral is protected.
  • Perform Pre-Close introduction calls before loan funding explaining post close requirements.
  • Work and communicate directly with borrowers to monitor and manage their loan portfolio.
  • Ensure all cash collateral accounts are sufficiently funded and reconciled daily.
  • Review and process CCA releases per Loan Document requirements.
  • Utilize financial software tools to prepare, import and analyze policy level detail.
  • Complete checklist requirements for Funding, New Loan review, Amendments and Payoffs.
  • Responsible for creation, follow up, and updating Tracking Rules associated with Account Managers' portfolios.
  • Perform various functions on the Online banking system.
  • Work and communicate with the Legal/Collection department to ensure defaults are cured.
  • Provide recommendations for refinances, interest only extensions, and amendments.
  • Create/develop efficiencies within the Servicing Department.
  • Generate and process daily bank imports into Bridge.
  • Mentor, train, and guide Account Manager I's as needed.
