Job Title OSA Security Analyst What does a successful OSA Security Analyst do at Fiserv? As a successful OSA Security Analyst, you will handle general facilitation of security operations within the Education business unit as well as technical leadership responsibilities required for more complex analysis.

Requirements

• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data related to cybersecurity.
• Thorough attention to detail to review and ensure accurate information is disseminated.
• Understanding of relevant cybersecurity tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent job experience.
• 7+ years of experience working with cybersecurity related audit and compliance projects within a medium to large IT organization.

• Expertise in government security programs
• Experience in audit finding documentation and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security processes to ensure compliance.
• Track and analyze security data for various business security programs.
• Continuously evaluate business security processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the security operations team.
• Mentor junior members of the team to ensure skill growth.
• Conduct technical analysis as needed to support more complex solutions.
