About The Position
The position involves investigating and resolving issues related to overages, shortages, and damaged freight, including Hazmat materials. The employee will work closely with various departments such as Terminal Operations, Customer Care, Safety, Compliance, and Security. Responsibilities include assisting customers with shipping queries, maintaining accurate records of shipments, preparing paperwork for OS&D freight, and monitoring related emails. The role also includes coaching less experienced staff and providing on-the-job training. Regular attendance is required, and the job may involve performing additional duties as assigned.
