About The Position
We are seeking an Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician to support the fabrication, modification, and repair of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. This role works closely with clinicians to ensure high-quality devices that meet patient and clinical specifications.
Requirements
- Experience in orthotics and prosthetics fabrication or a related technical field preferred
- Ability to work with hand tools, machinery, and materials such as plastics, metals, and composites
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify orthotic and prosthetic devices
- Assist clinicians with device preparation and adjustments
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance on equipment and devices
- Maintain tools, machinery, and fabrication workspace
- Follow safety, quality, and infection-control standards
- Document work orders and fabrication details accurately
