About The Position

The Office Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring they receive the care they need in a timely and supportive manner. This role requires consistently delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in every interaction. In addition, front office staff manage the daily flow of the clinic by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. They verify insurance information, collect co-pays, maintain accurate patient records, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions—all while upholding confidentiality standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to join our team during an exciting time of growth and transformation. Later this Fall, we will be opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art office building designed to enhance patient care and staff collaboration. As part of this expansion, our Orthopedics department will merge with Podiatry and Physical Therapy to create a comprehensive musculoskeletal clinic—all under one roof.
