About The Position

Baylor Scott and White Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our outstanding Orthopedic Surgery care program in Pflugerville, TX. We are looking for a committed team player with a favorable work/training history. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Currently board certified in specialty or actively pursuing board certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians with fellowship training in Hand, Sports Medicine, and Joints, along with 2 Physician Assistants.
• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient management.
