Opportunity Details: Provide inpatient/outpatient surgical and non-surgical care Perform surgery on complex orthopedic trauma cases: Pelvic fractures, long bone and intra-articular fractures, upper/lower extremity trauma Serve as Orthopedic Trauma Service Chief and liaison to multi-disciplinary trauma committee Participate in: Emergency call schedule (24/7 coverage per ACS Level 1 Trauma standards) ACS trauma activities (data collection, compliance, trauma meetings) Quality programs (required by hospital and American College of Surgeons) Conduct critical review of orthopedic consultations from Emergency Department and inpatient units Lead and mentor orthopedic surgery residents, medical students, physician assistants, and other staff
