Texas Health Physicians Group is excited to announce a Full Time Physician Assistant opportunity to work with a skilled, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive care designed to promote healing. Take advantage of this opportunity to work as a team with a lot of physician support. Position Details Full Time Monday-Friday, hours flexible as driven by the OR schedule and need of patients Surgical Assist with experienced general orthopedic surgeon See patients in the clinic and perform inpatient consults/follow ups Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR Environment that encourages learning and career development. Requirements
- Master's Degree Physician Assisstant
- 1 Year As a Physician Assistant
- PA - Physician Assistant Upon Hire
- Active listening and learning, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgment and decision making
- Active Texas license
- Strong Communication Skills
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
- First assist surgical experience required
Nice To Haves
- Ortho surgical experience preferred
Responsibilities
