Position Overview Knapp Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join and expand its orthopedic service line. This opportunity offers strong surgical volume, an established referral base, and the chance to practice in a growing community.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Eligible for or active Texas medical license
  • DEA license or eligibility
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Perform orthopedic surgical and non-surgical procedures consistent with training and expertise
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine, primary care physicians, and specialty providers
  • Participate in call coverage as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Adhere to hospital quality, safety, and regulatory standards
