The ideal candidate will specialize in general orthopedic surgery, providing a full complement of orthopedic services, including joint replacements. The position allows for the autonomy of private practice while being employed, with all administrative duties managed by the organization. You will work closely with a multi-specialty group and communicate well with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado and holds a DEA License in good standing.
  • Immunizations required for employment, including COVID-19.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in teaching clinical staff, students, or residents.
  • Interest in community involvement and outreach services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of orthopedic care including elective cases and surgical procedures.
  • Perform small soft tissue repairs to large bone fractures and total joint replacements.
  • Supervise advanced practice clinicians and provide outreach services as needed.
  • Teach clinical staff, students, or residents as part of the Medical Education philosophy.
  • Collaborate with a multi-specialty group to develop and grow the orthopedic program.
