This role focuses entirely on elective spine procedures , offering autonomy, stability, and a highly efficient clinical environment — with no trauma or ER responsibilities . You’ll have access to in-house imaging, physical therapy, and APP support, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for patients and a streamlined workflow for surgeons. Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery residency
Fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery (required)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
Skilled in elective and minimally invasive spine procedures
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Spine Surgery fellowship or training
Arizona MD/DO license or eligible

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat complex spinal disorders including degenerative, deformity, and structural conditions
Perform elective spine surgeries such as fusions, decompressions, discectomies, and minimally invasive procedures
Lead patient care through pre-op evaluations, surgical execution, and post-op follow-up
