About The Position

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Spine specialization to perform an Independent Medical Examination (IMEs) in the proximity of Gravette, Arkansas . This position is ideal for a spine expert seeking a flexible, non-treatment role to apply their clinical knowledge in an objective, evaluative capacity. Position Highlights Location: Gravette, Arkansas (in-person IMEs required) Schedule: Fully flexible – accept or decline cases according to your availability Compensation: Competitive, based on your personal fee schedule Key Responsibilities Conduct IMEs: Perform comprehensive, in-person physical examinations for patients presenting with spinal injuries or conditions. Review Medical Records: Evaluate medical documentation, imaging, and prior treatment history to support your examination findings. Expert Opinion: Answer specific clinical questions from insurance carriers, attorneys, and third-party administrators. Reporting: Submit clear, objective, and detailed IME reports within 5 business days of the examination. Requirements

  • Board Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon , with fellowship training or focused expertise in Spine Surgery .
  • Licensure: Must hold an active medical license in Arkansas .
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, objective clinical judgment, and excellent written communication abilities.

  • Experience: Prior experience conducting IMEs is preferred but not required.
