About The Position

This role is for a true sales professional. You will be the face of Movora in your territory, responsible for the entire sales cycle from identifying new opportunities and converting them to Movora, to supporting cases in the OR. Requirements

  • 3+ years of documented, top-tier outside sales experience.
  • A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of breaking into new accounts.
  • Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with highly-educated customers (surgeons, practice owners).
  • Must be comfortable attending labs and supporting live surgeries.
  • Must reside within the Seattle territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical device, veterinary, or surgical sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions.
  • Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage.
  • Represent Movora at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops.
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
