About The Position
As a local expert on Robotic Surgery products, you will provide comprehensive support during the MAKO launch both inside and outside the operating room. Your role will involve delivering training, continuous service, and education for clients managing new MAKO accounts, ensuring high-level clinical support and product guidance for both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with relevant departments in the development and preparation of forecasts, enabling strategic planning. Additionally, you will ensure all business operations and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker's Code of Conduct, and the highest ethical standards. You will also lead and develop direct reports, fostering opportunities for professional growth and continuous development. Supporting clinical education and training for MAKO in Stryker Puerto Rico will be part of your responsibilities, which includes training MPS, surgeons, hospital staff, and Stryker colleagues. Furthermore, you will facilitate and support the development, preparation, and delivery of MAKO cadaveric courses and surgeon certifications, providing assistance with JR cadaveric courses when required.
