As a full-time Orthopedic RN, you will work 7p-7a, with 1 8-hour shift/month on a Saturday as the only weekend requirement. This position qualifies for our full benefits package as well as our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses! The orthopedic registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license
- Current BLS
- Completion of ACLS certification within 60 days of hire
- Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific
