About The Position
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a orthoapedic hand surgeon to join a well-established, private practice in the Gainesville community. Qualified Candidates: Board certification / board eligibility in orthopaedic surgery Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated with strong patient-centered practice philosophy Great opportunity for experienced surgeons and new graduates alike Robust infrastructure and support 2-3 days a week for clinic and elective surgery 1:8 primary call Incentive/Benefits Package: Lucrative partnership-track role Competitive compensation including a share of ancillary profits and equity ASC ownership Relocation allowance, sign-on bonus and base salary with productivity-based bonuses from the practice 20+ year market leading practice experiencing steady growth Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, etc.
