We have in-house physical therapy in multiple locations in Oregon and Washington employing 32 Physical Therapists. We have our own hand therapy practice, employing 3 hand therapists to support our hand surgeons. We operate 2 full body MRI scanners, and one extremity CT scanner.   We work out of PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center, Legacy Salmon Creek and Rebound Surgery Center--an 8-room outpatient surgery center that we own and operate. Physicians are on a two-year track to ownership and have the opportunity to take on leadership positions and serve on committees that meet their interest as well as participate in board meetings. Ancillary income is shared amongst subspecialties.  Rebound is headquartered in Southwest Washington just across the river from Portland, Oregon and all our clinics are a short drive to beaches or mountains with endless options for outdoor recreation.
