About The Position
The orthopedic doctor will provide comprehensive health care within the limitations of professional licensing to patients of the Los Angeles Christian Health Centers. This role involves assessing needs and prescribing treatment, while compassionately and competently providing primary and preventive health care to all patients, including those with acute and chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, mental illness, and homelessness. The orthopedic doctor specializes in diagnosing and treating injuries or illnesses related to the musculoskeletal system, working to repair and preserve bones, joints, ligaments, and the skeleton. Additionally, the doctor will provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and actively support the mission of LACHC: to follow Christ by loving and serving our neighbors through comprehensive, quality health care.
