About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our orthopedic clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and support the overall operations of the clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This position is full-time. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays. Requirements

Current medical credentials, certification, or nursing license in the state of Iowa.
Previous experience in an orthopedic or surgical setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to patients in an orthopedic setting, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and patient education.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions and treatment options.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with front office operations including document scanning, appointment scheduling, and answering multi-line phones
