Position Overview : Comprehensive Patient Care: As an APP in our Orthopaedic department, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from working in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic, performing outpatient procedures, consults, and follow-ups, to post-operative appointments, inpatient rounding, discharging, and first assisting in the operating room. Patient Education & Quality: Make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing them with essential education on their treatment plans and guiding them throughout their healthcare journey. Your contributions to quality data collection and preparation will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes. Work-Life Balance: This is a full-time position with a manageable 1:8 call schedule and weekend inpatient rounding, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and pursue your passions outside of the workplace.
