Purpose The Orthoimagery Product Leader is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Ortho production and has responsibility and ownership of management of Ortho projects including defining requirements, assigning tasks and resources, and solving complex issues to ensure quality levels and deadlines are met and ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations. This position is responsible for keeping ISO processes and work instructions current and training all team members to understand and comply with them. Effectively leads team in accordance with the Company's mission and values.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geography or Geospatial field or a combination of college coursework and work experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience in a GIS-related position.
Knowledge of various aerial sensor platforms, orthorectification processes, Digital Elevation Models DEMs and industry geospatial tools.
Knowledge of company's services, products, and processes.
Ability to manage, track and produce large amounts of project data and database management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities based on client needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners
