About The Position
Children’s Choice Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is where healthy, happy smiles begin. Our dual-location practice combines pediatric airway dentistry and orthodontic expertise in a fun, family-centered setting. We believe in helping kids thrive — through care that blends compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled, personable Orthodontist to join our thriving, growth-minded team 3 days a week. You’ll work alongside our pediatric dentists, myofunctional therapists and clinical staff to create beautiful smiles while shaping positive, lifelong dental experiences for children and teens.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD & Orthodontic Specialty Certificate (from an ADA-accredited program)
- Active or eligible Maryland/DC dental licenses
- Excellent communicator with a heart for kids and families
- Team-oriented, organized, and committed to quality care
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, plan, and deliver orthodontic treatment for children and adolescents
- Collaborate with pediatric providers for interceptive and comprehensive care
- Lead and support a team of orthodontic assistants
- Communicate clearly with families during consults and case presentations
- Maintain accurate, compliant digital records (iTero, Dentrix, cloud-based systems)
- Contribute to our Thrive culture through CE, teamwork, and community involvement
