Schedule: 8-10 days a month Some Saturdays required Location: 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032 23455 N. 67th Avenue, suite 111, Glendale, AZ 85310 14155 N 83rd Ave, Bldg 3, ste 113, Peoria, AZ 85381 10869 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 Office Culture: Teamwork in the patients best interest Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest Direct referrals from multiple general Dentists. Compensation: 33% of Collections Guaranteed compensation, $1500 for 90 days $5,000 start bonus

Requirements

Orthodontist Residency Certificate
Accredited Dental School Graduate
Current CA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire AZ license by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR & NPI
