About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our dental practice, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. This role involves performing various orthodontic procedures and collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced dental environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Valid state dental license and board certification in orthodontics.
• Experience with Dolphin or similar dental software is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform orthodontic procedures, including but not limited to Invisalign, braces placement, adjustments, and removals.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Manage adult and pediatric patients with sensitivity and professionalism during their orthodontic treatment.
• Stay current with advancements in orthodontics and participate in continuing education opportunities.
